• Your customizable treatment plan will be created with your laser specialist

Conditions:

• $50 enrollment fee including a complimentary consultation

• No-shows will be billed $50 automatically

• 24-hour cancellation policy or $50 fee automatically deducted from your credit card

• Declined credit cards for monthly membership fees will be subject to new enrollment fee

• Hormonal areas will be treated every 4 weeks

• Non-hormonal areas will be treated every 6 weeks

• You must complete each area prior to moving onto another area (add $35 monthly to upgrade an additional area)

• Minimum 4 sessions per area
